1. Overview This website, rosietail.com, is operated by GP Home Solutions, LLC, doing business as RosieTail ("RosieTail," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to the policies referenced here, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Products and Descriptions We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, sizes, and appearance may vary slightly from the photos because of screen settings and normal manufacturing differences.
Our products are pet accessories and home-care products. They are not veterinary products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or behavioral condition in animals. Every pet is different, and results vary. If you have concerns about your pet's health or behavior, please consult a licensed veterinarian.
4. Product Use and Safety Please follow all product instructions and safety notes. Always supervise your pet when introducing a new toy, and stop use if a toy becomes damaged or pieces come loose. Keep batteries and small parts away from pets and children. For cleaning products, test on a small hidden area of fabric first and keep pets away from treated areas until dry. RosieTail is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, alteration, or use contrary to the instructions.
5. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time without notice, but price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is due when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if it has already been confirmed.
6. Orders and Cancellations We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, cannot verify payment, or a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
You may cancel your order free of charge by emailing us before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
7. Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carriers, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
8. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Items must be returned to receive a refund.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and the RosieTail brand, belongs to GP Home Solutions, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Reviews and Customer Content If you submit reviews, photos (including photos of your pet), or other content, you confirm that the content is honest, is your own, and does not violate anyone's rights. You give RosieTail a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business, including on our website and social media. We may remove content at our discretion.
11. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use this site to break any law, commit fraud, interfere with the site's security or operation, submit false information, or infringe on the rights of others.
12. Third-Party Services and Links Our site may use third-party services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific result from using our products.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, GP Home Solutions, LLC, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
